2007 Heating Servicing and

Tune up

This year we are running a heating system tune up special. If you schedule an appointment between October 15th and November 30th , 2007. We will inspect all components and adjust if necessary, to ensure your system is operating at the most energy- efficient performance level possible. This includes lubricating all motors, adjusting belts, heat exchanger operation, checking pressure and temperature readings. If we find any problems with your system we will give you a written estimate to correct the faults in your system. The cost to you is $105.00 per system checked. Note: This service does not include any refrigerant or components other than the cleaning or lubricating materials needed to perform this service.
